New! High Performance, High Speed tunable laser TSL-770

A ground up redesign of the laser resonator and control electronics make the TSL-770 our fastest tuning, widest scanning, lowest noise and narrowest linewidth laser ever. With models available in the 1250-1650nm range, the flexible TSL-770 is ideal choice for a wide range of applications; improving throughput, accuracy and precision in production, R&D and basic research.

Swept Test System

The Santec Swept Test System has been developed to streamline photonic testing, providing a complete solution where high-speed analysis, along with high resolution and accuracy are key. Combining one of Santec tunable lasers (TSL-Series) with a Santec optical power meter (MPM-210), a polarization control unit (PCU-100) and custom software, the complete Swept Test System optimizes WDL and PDL measurement for use in both R&D and production environments.

New!UV hardend Spatial Light Modulator SLM-150

SANTEC, a leading design and manufacturer of tunable lasers, optical instruments, OCT products, and fiber-optic components, has introduced a ultraviolet (UV) hardened spatial light modulator (SLM) based on Liquid Crystal on Silicon (LCOS) technology. This product is the world's first two-dimensional SLM, extending their use into the UV band. The UV hardened SLM-150 has 42 times higher UV durability when compared to standard SLM devices. A power density up to 10 mW/cm2 is sustainable using a novel liquid crystal and dielectric mirror design. The SLM-150 follows the popular first generation SLM-100 from Santec that has been deployed in various industrial and scientific applications, including beam shaping, computer-generated holograms, optical manipulation, and wave-front compensation.
